Library conducted “The Library Resources Discovery Day” on 28-29 September 2017 successfully. More than 300 students and academic staff attended the 10 briefings and workshops on electronic databases, library resources and services.

airiti Library is the only aggregator for scholarly contents including full text eBooks, journals and dissertations published in Taiwan and Mainland China.
Date: 28 – 29 September 2017 (Thursday and Friday)
Time: 11:00 am – 4:30 pm
Venue: Hall 1, 3 & 4, Public Area on G/F
Objective: Get familiar with various digital collection (e.g. e-books, e-journals, databases) provided by the Library Activities: Information Booth, Sales of Books & Stationaries, Briefings and Lucky Draw.
1. Participants must be holders of a valid CHCHE Student Identity Card.
2. Participants can join the lucky draw with at least 3 different seminar stamps and at least 4 different booth stamps on a single lucky draw card.
3. Deadline of Lucky Draw: 29 September 2017 4:30pm
4. The lucky draw will be conducted at the Ground Floor Public Area on 29 September 2017 at 4:45pm. Lucky draw cards deposited after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
5. The results of the lucky draw will be announced on library website on 3 October 2017. Winners will be notified by student email on or before 3 October 2017.
6. Participants will be disqualified for the lucky draw if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect. The KMS Library are not liable for the failure of prize notification to winners due to inaccurate and incorrect information.
7. Each participant is eligible for one entry and one prize only in lucky draw. Winners should redeem their prizes by or before 11 October 2017 within the KMS Library opening hours and they are required to present a valid CHCHE Student Identity Card.
8. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by KMS Library, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the KMS Library shall be entitled to select another winner.
9. The KMS Library has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
10. The KMS Library reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without any further notice.
11. In case of any dispute, the decisions of the KMS Library shall be final.
