Kong Mou Sum Library will perform following measures starting from 6 April 2022 (Wednesday) until 17 May 2022

1) Library Opening hours

Please check the latest updates of opening hours on library website before visiting the Library.

2) Grace Period During Library Closure

Overdue fines incurred from 1 March 2022 until further notice will be waived. Even though you might still receive our return notification email, the Library will not charge any overdue fines for this period;

Users are recommended to renew the items online through ‘My Library Record’.
Please note that all normal-loan Library books are subject to be recalled, and they cannot be renewed.

3) Precautionary health measures

Staff and students who enter the library must adhere to the infection control guidelines as set by the Government and the College. In addition, the Library will adopt the below measures to minimize the social contacts.
1. Users are required to wear surgical masks at all time in the library.
2. No audio-visual facilities and only minimal computing facilities (PCs and copiers) are in service.
3. The no. of seats will be reduced to keep appropriate social distance.
4. Users are recommended to make use of the ‘book drop’ to return loan items and the ‘self-check machine’ to borrow the book collections.
