An exhibition “Chinese Wartime Science Through the Lens of Joseph Needham” will be held at the Ground Floor Exhibition Area from 16 May to 2 June, 2018 to showcase the achievements accomplished by Dr. Needham in his “Science and Civilisation in China” series.

The event is jointly organized by the Joseph Needham Foundation for Science and Civilisation Hong Kong and College’s Library and it has been held in other local institutions in previous months.

The exhibition provides an opportunity for visitors to understand one of the most outstanding intellectuals of the 20th century and his study on the history of science, medicine and technology in China.

An Opening Ceremony will also be held on 16 May, 2018 at 2:30pm and the representatives of the Foundation will officiate the ceremony.
