Participants must be holders of a valid CHCHE Student Identity Card.
Participants can join the lucky draw with 6 stamps (at least 2 seminar stamps) on a single lucky draw card.
Deadline of Lucky Draw: 28 September 2018 3:30pm
The lucky draw will be conducted at the Ground Floor Public Area on 28 September 2018 at 4:30pm. Lucky draw cards deposited after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
The results of the lucky draw will be announced on library website on 3 October 2018. Winners will be notified by student email on or before 3 October 2018.
Participants will be disqualified for the lucky draw if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect. The KMS Library are not liable for the failure of prize notification to winners due to inaccurate and incorrect information.
Each participant is eligible for one entry and one prize only in lucky draw. Winners should redeem their prizes by or before 11 October 2018 within the KMS Library opening hours and they are required to present a valid CHCHE Student Identity Card.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by KMS Library, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the KMS Library shall be entitled to select another winner.
The KMS Library has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
The KMS Library reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without any further notice.
In case of any dispute, the decisions of the KMS Library shall be final.
