Access the Booking System through KMS Library Website<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-content\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/wp-content\/themes\/smartline-lite\/img\/booking\/p1_1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>User can click &#8220;Booking System&#8221; to access KMS library booking system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>User can directly enter <a href=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/booking\">&#8220;https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/booking&#8221;<\/a> to access booking system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-title\" id=\"Part2\">B. Log-on the Booking System<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-content\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/wp-content\/themes\/smartline-lite\/img\/booking\/p1_2.png\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong><br \/>For Staff, please use email name, web application password to logon.<br \/>For Student, please use student ID, E-mail password to logon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-title\" id=\"Part3\">C. Index Page of Booking System After Log-on<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-content\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/wp-content\/themes\/smartline-lite\/img\/booking\/p1_3.png\"><\/p>\n<p>After user logon the booking system, Main Page will be shown. User can select \u201cRecord\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>In order to display information clearly, booking record(s) will be divided into different types, such as room, event.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-title\" id=\"Part4\">D. Perform a Booking Action ( Case I : Event ; Case II : Room )<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-content\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/wp-content\/themes\/smartline-lite\/img\/booking\/p1_4.png\"><\/p>\n<p>In this case, user can make booking request for an event, or reserve library meeting room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-title\" id=\"Part4a\">D1. Case I : Booking an Event<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-content\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/wp-content\/themes\/smartline-lite\/img\/booking\/p1_5.png\"><\/p>\n<p>After user logon the booking system, click &#8220;event&#8221; tab. Select an event that you want to make a booking request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Event information will be shown after an event is selected.<\/p>\n<p>The below image will be shown for confirmation when the booking request is successful.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lib.chuhai.edu.hk\/wp-content\/themes\/smartline-lite\/img\/booking\/p1_6.png\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ug-title\" id=\"Part4b\">D2.
